Free to use
FastEXIF is free.
- There is no purchase, subscription or paid tier.
- There is no account, sign-up or activation key.
- You may use it on as many Macs as you like, personally or professionally.
What you may do
Use the app for any purpose, personal or professional. What you may not do: redistribute the app as your own, charge for it, or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows.
What the app guarantees — and what it does not
FastEXIF reads and displays the metadata already written into the file. It does not alter your file and it invents no value: it shows what it finds.
When a field is missing, wrong or written off-standard by the camera or the originating software, FastEXIF shows it as is. The app reports what it read.
Warranties
The app is provided as is, within the limits consumer law allows. We work to fix defects quickly — the version history is public, on the site.
Law and venue
Brazilian law applies. Where the law so guarantees, venue is that of your place of residence.
